**K-2 students who stay for lunch must have a parent or responsible adult present during lunch.
My student will be onsite for lunch on Mondays (check, if yes).
My student will be onsite for lunch on Wednesdays (check, if yes).
I understand that if my child stays onsite for lunch, I will placed into the lunch duty rotation.
